Ways to Determine a Weak Immune System
The immune system is always adapting and changing, and that it cannot be properly isolated in any one organ. No single test, such as an X-ray or biopsy, can reveal its exact fortifications or vulnerabilities.
Symptoms of a Compromised Immune System
Check the following signs and see if you have a weakened immune system:
1-You are frequently ill, and your recovery time is longer than usual.
If you experience sneezes and sniffles throughout two or three colds each year, don’t be frightened. Most folks return to their routine in a week or so. However, if you frequently get colds that last for weeks or even suffer food poisoning, it may be because your natural immune system is responding slowly.
2-There is always something that needs to be done and you are always worried.
Our immune systems and general well-being may benefit from mild stress. In the case of an acute stressor, such as a traffic jam, your body is primed to rapidly ramp up its defenses. For this reason, short-term exposure to stress can actually benefit the immune system.
3-You suffer from recurrent cold sores or experienced shingles at an early age.
Cold sore and shingles viruses are both herpes viruses. Herpes viruses, once contracted, enter a latent phase in the body.
